DailyOriginal.com was originally founded by Justin Hamilton in 2008. In June of 2010 he sold it to a group who shared his passion for art and wanted to see the site flourish so that it may support other artists and their work. In July of 2010 the “new” DailyOriginal site was re-launched with a fresh look and more features offering buyers a more broad selection of art while artists, both established and starving, had a place to showcase their work at affordable rates.
DailyOriginal promotes artists and their work through a variety of strategies that include DOD sites, partnerships with brick and mortar galleries, SEO/SEM strategies and more. In 2009 our site was visited by anywhere from 250 to 1,000 people per day. With all of the exciting improvements implemented by the new owners that number is sure to grow significantly.
